Pros: You will learn how to achieve your own fitness goals by yourself with a little guide from me. Workout at your own timing, place and schedule. Most importantly, it is cost-effective. A google drive consisting of your customised plan will be shared with you and will be altered every week based on your progression.
Cons: I will not be able to check on your form when you are doing your training. Motivation and proper tracking of results and progress will be in your own hands, so you have to be really disciplined and honest. Enquiries and check-ins ( progress, measurements, feedback on programme) will be answered via email every Monday morning.
Pros: Personal training will be conducted by me to guide you on the correct form and provide you with intense sessions. Being trained under someone would also be more motivating and you will tend to push yourself harder.. Daily enquiries will be entertained at any time via phone/email.
Cons: Training sessions will be based on the availability of both the client and the trainer and it is more costly than online coaching.
About me and my programmes
Being an ACE Certified Personal Trainer (Int’l) and also being certified by ISSA in Strength and Conditioning, I strongly believe that everyone responds best to different programmes. Some trainers only offer their own trainings and diet programme to others but I do not do so as what works for me does not necessarily mean that it works for others.
For trainings, I believe there is no easy way to go about doing them, if you want results, you have to go through hardwork. For diet, I believe in sustainability. Therefore, I do not offer strict meal plans but tips and advice (backed up by science) to allow you to see results while still eating foods you love.
Body progression pictures and measurements will be taken during the programme to assure clients that they will see results.
Clients will be educated on nutrition and training so that they can fully understand the entire process and continue their fitness journey on their own after the programme is done.

Regine is responsible as a trainer and is really great at what she does. She is consistently doing follow ups to check on how my daily progress is. She is also very encouraging and trainings with her are always fun and productive! Regine is too awesome for the price paid for trainings. Looks forward to more trainings!

Trainer is focused on helping me to achieve my goals and make every session challenging. I lost 10.6kg and 8 inches off my waist in just 20 sessions. Although her sessions are really tough, I really enjoyed it so much and would recommend her to anyone looking to improve their physical fitness.
Regine is one of the most caring person I've ever met. She went the extra mile to send me articles, checking on me from time to time about my diet, life and work. I must say her workouts are really tough but she is really good at motivating and pushing people through. I see myself grow mentally and physically. I have changed so much as a person thanks to her.
Had my doubts about being trained under a female but I was wrong. Her trainings are a killer and I am really impressed by her knowledge in regards to fitness and nutrition. She ensures that you learn something out of it instead of just following along, understanding the reasons behind every exercise and repetitions. I can confidently say that I have gained lots of knowledge. Thumbs up!
Trainer went above and beyond my expectations. My goal was to lose weight but she also helped me correct my muscle imbalances, posture and healed my knees. Thanks to her, my strength increased tremendously which is a bonus!
